If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to Salada Designs within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the full purchase price less a restocking fee of 15%. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging. Salada Designs will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly. Return Policy for Custom Orders
Custom orders require full payment, payable at the time the order is placed. A picture of the final product will be emailed, once approval is given and order is shipped, the sale is final and no refunds will be given.
Orders must be cancelled at least 3 business days in advance of ship date to qualify for a refund.
